Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Carriers:
USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Options are shown at checkout.
Shipping Cost:
Mainland U.S.: Free shipping on all orders.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii: Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, speed, and carrier.
Delivery Time:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
P.O. Boxes:
Available via USPS only.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Contact us immediately at Orders@alzoo-vet.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Packaging:
Orders are securely packed to protect all products during transit.

Return Window:
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
