Shipping costs at ALZOO® are now calculated dynamically based on a few factors to provide the most accurate and fair rate possible.

  • 🚚 Carrier used (FedEx, USPS, or UPS)

We still offer free shipping on qualifying orders, so be sure to check for promotions or minimum order thresholds!

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Yes — but only through USPS. FedEx and UPS don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

📦 Shipping Information

We know your pet can't wait to get their paws on their ALZOO goodies — so we make sure to get them out the door quickly!

 

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). If you order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll process it the next business day.

 

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS — whichever gets your order to you the fastest and safest.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and preferred shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax).

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping to Canada: Yes, we ship to Canada! Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package size, weight, and postal code.

💡 Note: Shipping costs may vary depending on your selected service level (e.g., Ground vs. Express) and chosen carrier.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep (or doghouse 🐾).

🐈 Returns & Refunds

Yes, within 7 days of purchase — even if it’s been opened. We just ask that you provide a quick reason so we can improve!

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

In most cases, yes! If something’s wrong with the item or delivery, we’ll cover the cost.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want tails wagging and pets purring. If something's not right, we'll fix it.

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • We can’t accept returns on used/opened items unless they arrived damaged or defective
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll walk you through the next steps and provide a return label if needed.
Once we receive your return and give it a quick inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was our mistake.)
