ALZOO™ offers fast, reliable shipping across the United States and Canada, with clear timelines, real-time rates, and friendly support every step of the way.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Orders are shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Available options and delivery speeds are shown at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.

Mainland United States: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

For Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii: 

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping speed selected
  • Carrier availability

You will always see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Yes. P.O. box deliveries are available through USPS only. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your products during transit. Fragile or temperature-sensitive items are securely cushioned to arrive safely and intact.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
    Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing (Canada), or other factors beyond our control.

  • Responsibility transfers upon carrier acceptance.
    Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, ALZOO™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We will, however, assist you in filing claims or resolving issues when possible.

  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
    Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Product results may vary.
    Individual pet responses can differ based on species, age, health status, environment, and usage. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Not a substitute for veterinary advice.
    Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical guidance regarding your pet.

  • Refused or unclaimed packages.
    Orders returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

  • Policy updates.
    Shipping and return policies may be updated periodically without prior notice. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Yes. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Submit a contact form with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return label if applicable. 

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us so we can review your situation and assist accordingly.
