A partnership that drives ALZOO™ forward
Since 2021, AB7 America has partnered with Arc Broward and its Arc Educates program to welcome interns with disabilities into its workplace. These interns play a vital role in supporting ALZOO’™s mission and growth by actively participating in product preparation, from assembling and labeling to organizing and packaging. Their work directly contributes to the efficiency and quality of ALZOO™’s operations, ensuring that our products reach customers with care and precision.
Each AB7 America team member is committed to making sure interns have a valuable learning experience, helping them build essential skills and confidence as they integrate into the daily activities that support ALZOO™’s success. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and attention they bring to our products, and we are proud to be part of a community where everyone’s work matters.
A celebratory moment
On October, AB7 America’s Philippe Chelle, CEO AB7 America, Jamie Knochel, VP Sales, and Samuel Lara, Director of Operations received the 2024 Best Training Site of the Year award at the annual inspHired! luncheon, hosted by Arc Broward. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate not only AB7 America’s efforts but the impactful mission of Arc Broward. We extend a sincere thank you to Arc Broward for this recognition and for the vital work they do to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
